What are the Basic Requirements?

1. Be at least 21 years of age
    
2. Have a valid MI driver license
    
3. Have transportation and auto insurance
    

Each prospective Mentor completes a 3-step application process:
 

• Submit a written application
   
• Attend a three hour introductory training session.
   
• Participate in an interview with our Case Manager
   

Generally, this process takes about a month to complete.
